Psychological consultation (50 min) is $160.00. All fees are to be paid at the end of consultation by cash/credit/cheque/eftpos facilities. If you are referred by your GP under a mental health care plan your rebate ($124.50) through Medicare will be transferred into your bank account.

Bulk billing is available for those who are on a pension, studying full time, or unemployed.

Your private health insurance fund may offer rebates for psychological consultations.

You may also be able to claim psychologists’ fees through your workplace Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or state/accident compensation.

To ensure services can be provided in a timely manner for all clients, a cancellation policy has been established. Full fee for cancellations less than 24 hours. Please note that medicare or insurance will not cover this fee. This is to protect the provider’s time, not to penalize you financially. A session cannot be filled if not known in advance.  Cancellation fees are not incurred if your appointment time is filled.

Non-attendance of appointment with no notification,  Annette will either contact you through telephone, txt or in writing to either reschedule or ascertain whether treatment is still required.
